Rewards and redemption

Browse rewards

Parents manage rewards under “Me → Points settings”. Children browse family rewards under “Me → Redeem”. Each reward uses points or time; check the displayed unit and conditions.

1. Open the reward list and check the points or time required for each item.
2. Check your confirmed balance. A balance that has not been verified or is too low cannot be used to start a redemption.
3. Review confirmed redemptions and balance activity in redemption and transaction history.

Redeem a reward

Redemption uses personal points or time to redeem a reward. It is not cash, and points cannot be converted into time or vice versa. The server processes and confirms the redemption; the balance is not deducted in advance on the device.

1. Choose a reward and check which balance it uses.
2. Submit the redemption and wait for server confirmation.
3. If the connection fails or the result is uncertain, retry the original action as prompted instead of submitting another redemption.

Understand points and time

Points and time are separate records, not money. Whether a plan affects them depends on its type, timer settlement, and parent settings; the profile shows confirmed balances.

• Adult plans do not change a child’s points or time.
• Optional plans are voluntary and do not award or deduct points or time for completion or non-completion.
• Children can redeem only rewards the family has configured and they are allowed to use.
