Create, edit, and confirm plans

Parents can create plans and select adult or child participants; each plan supports up to five participants. A child’s submitted schedule appears under “Me → Pending schedules” for the child and “Me → Pending confirmations” for a parent; it takes effect only after the parent confirms it. Collaborators can create or edit adult plans assigned only to themselves.

  1. In “Schedule”, select “+” and enter a title, participants, date, and time.
  2. Review the plan type, points, and reminder settings, then save.
  3. New plans are drafts by default. Open “Drafts” from the filters and edit the status to “Active” before the plan appears on the calendar or sends configured reminders.
  4. A parent confirms or declines a child’s submitted schedule under “Me → Pending confirmations”.

Dates, recurrence, and holidays

Start and end times use the family time zone, and plans can cross midnight. Recurrence can be daily, workdays, or a custom interval in days, weekdays, monthly dates, or fixed dates. The recurrence end date limits the final start date.

  • Add up to five plans from templates in one batch; edit each plan before adding them together.
  • Choose China mainland (including make-up workdays) or United States federal holidays for the public calendar. Family entries override public dates. Choose “Family calendar only” to turn off the public calendar.
  • Public holidays affect workday recurrence only. Add state, school, employer, or family exceptions to the family calendar.

Record member leave

Select a date under “Me → Holiday calendar” to open three tabs: Public holidays, Holidays and workdays, and Member leave. Parents can select several adults and children together and save shared dates and a reason. Each person has a separate record that can be deleted independently. Multiple members are saved in one request: either all records are saved or none are, with the form retained for retry. Success closes the sheet and shows “Leave saved”. The holiday calendar and Schedule date strip show one yellow dot per date with visible leave, regardless of the number of people. Up to 20 members can be selected at once. Both dates are inclusive. Leave only pauses that person’s unsettled schedules, preserving history and other participants. Children without accounts are supported.

Adults on leave receive no schedule reminders for those dates. Shared-plan adult reminders continue while at least one child is not on leave, and pause only when all child participants are on leave. Adult-only plans are unaffected by child leave. Removing leave restores eligible schedules and reminders after synchronization; other devices must sync too.

View plans and handle requests

Use the schedule to browse plans by date and participant. A child’s new schedule requires parent confirmation; the child can later see its status under “Me → Pending schedules”. Change requests for active plans also need a parent decision.

  1. Open a schedule card for details; use filters or search to find a plan.
  2. Parents handle pending items under “Me → Pending confirmations”.
  3. Before deleting a plan, select the scope and confirm. Completed or settled records remain.
